Service terms
A short overview of the main service terms. The complete agreement is supplied before a booking is accepted.
The service
Now & Then creates guided, professionally filmed personal interview films. The quotation and service agreement define the interview time, archive allowance, likely deliverables and price for each booking.
Participants
Every person filmed must give voluntary, informed permission. They can decline a question, identify excluded topics, pause or stop filming, and request that material about them is removed from the edit within the agreed process.
Payment
The current payment schedule is 30% to reserve filming, 30% after the initial filming session and 40% before final delivery. Each invoice is payable within 30 calendar days. Later production stages wait for the relevant cleared payment.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Consumer cancellation rights apply where required by law. The service agreement supplied before booking explains the cooling-off period, later cancellation, genuine-loss limits, rescheduling, illness and any applicable fees.
Review and delivery
The standard service includes one consolidated review round within the agreed boundaries. Raw footage and editable project files are not included unless separately agreed.
Private family use
Once payment has been made in full, the finished film may be downloaded, copied and shared privately for personal, domestic and non-commercial family use, subject to any third-party rights. Public or commercial use requires separate permission.
